We celebrated Grandpa's life on December 8, 2012. What a special legacy he leaves behind!
Grandpa was buried in a cemetery for Veteran's. The folding of this flag is in honor of his service to our country in the Vietnam War.
Aunt Kelli and her new baby Hudson came to Grandpa's service, from Colorado
All the kids said they wanted Grandpa to be at his house when they got there. That they didn't like it very well that he wasn't going to be there.
Paislee you want to pray for "Grandpa and the baby with Jesus - and Mimi no sick" every time we pray!
All three of you said you would miss everything about grandpa! Playing with him, having him at his house, staying at the motel, and playing the harmonica were a few of the specifics.
Not having him with Mimi and where he should be is what makes it hit home. Time will heal and we know Grandpa is in a better place, but it still doesn't feel right!
